These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 3D Modeling, a mobile application published by Jilan Apps ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using 3D Modeling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. License to Use

Jilan Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use 3D Modeling for lawful personal or permitted commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App itself without authorization.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to obtain the App's source code except where permitted by applicable law.

• Circumvent subscriptions, purchases, premium restrictions, security measures, or technical controls.

• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App.

• Use 3D Modeling for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activities.

2. 3D Modeling Services

3D Modeling provides tools that may allow users to create, import, edit, customize, visualize, render, save, export, or share 3D models and related content.

Depending on available functionality, features may include:

• 3D model creation and editing

• Object manipulation and transformation

• Materials and textures

• Lighting and scene customization

• 3D visualization

• Model importing

• Model exporting

• Rendering tools

• AI-powered 3D tools

• Templates and assets

• Camera and viewing controls

• Other 3D design and modeling functionality

Available functionality may vary depending on the App version, device, operating system, subscription status, internet connectivity, geographic availability, third-party services, and technical requirements.

3. Projects and User Content

3D Modeling may allow you to create, upload, import, edit, save, render, or export 3D models, textures, images, designs, project files, and other content.

You retain responsibility for content you provide through the App.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, licenses, or other lawful authority necessary to use any content you provide.

You must not knowingly use 3D Modeling to process or create content that:

• Infringes copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights.

• Violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious.

• Is used for deceptive or harmful purposes.

• Violates applicable laws or regulations.

4. Ownership of User Content

As between you and Jilan Apps, you retain your rights in original 3D models, designs, projects, textures, images, and other content you provide or create through 3D Modeling, subject to applicable third-party rights.

Using 3D Modeling does not transfer ownership of your original content to Jilan Apps.

Where processing is necessary to provide requested functionality, you grant Jilan Apps a limited license to process, reproduce, modify, transmit, render, or temporarily store your content solely as reasonably necessary to provide the feature requested by you.

5. 3D Processing and Rendering

Certain features may use automated processing, rendering technologies, computer graphics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other technologies to create, modify, optimize, visualize, or render 3D content.

Processing may support functionality such as:

• Creating or modifying 3D objects

• Applying materials and textures

• Adjusting geometry

• Generating previews

• Rendering scenes

• Optimizing models

• Processing imported assets

• Generating or modifying 3D content using AI

• Performing other user-requested modeling operations

Processing results may vary depending on the device, model complexity, selected settings, source assets, available processing resources, and technical limitations.

6. AI and Automated Tools

3D Modeling may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, procedural generation, or other automated technologies to create or process models, textures, designs, scenes, or related content.

Automated results may vary depending on:

• User prompts or instructions

• Input files and assets

• Model complexity

• Selected settings

• Available AI models

• Device capabilities

• Internet connectivity

• Technical limitations

We do not guarantee that every AI-generated or automated result will be accurate, realistic, unique, error-free, or suitable for your intended purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing generated or edited content before saving, publishing, distributing, manufacturing, printing, or otherwise relying on it.

7. Imported Assets and Third-Party Content

If you import 3D models, textures, images, designs, files, or other third-party materials into 3D Modeling, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of those materials is lawful.

Where required, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses, consent, authorization, or permission.

You must not use 3D Modeling to knowingly:

• Infringe intellectual property rights.

• Violate licensing restrictions.

• Misappropriate another person's designs.

• Distribute unauthorized copyrighted assets.

• Create fraudulent or deceptive content.

• Use third-party content without required authorization.

• Create or distribute unlawful content.

8. Generated and Edited Content

3D Modeling may create or help you create edited, transformed, rendered, generated, or AI-assisted 3D content based on content and instructions provided by you.

Automated processing may occasionally produce unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, or technically imperfect results.

Jilan Apps does not guarantee that generated or edited content:

• Will always meet your expectations.

• Will be technically accurate.

• Will be completely unique.

• Will be suitable for manufacturing or 3D printing.

• Will be appropriate for every professional or commercial purpose.

• Will be compatible with every third-party application or platform.

• Will be free from every possible third-party claim.

You are responsible for determining whether content is appropriate and lawful for your intended use.

9. Intellectual Property

3D Modeling, including its software, interface, branding, icons, graphics, code, proprietary tools, designs, templates, materials, effects, assets, and other materials provided by Jilan Apps, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights in 3D Modeling are transferred to you.

Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Copyright and Third-Party Rights

You must not knowingly use 3D Modeling to infringe the rights of another person or organization.

You are responsible for ensuring that 3D models, textures, images, graphics, designs, templates, or other materials you import, modify, create, or distribute do not violate:

• Copyright

• Trademark rights

• Patent rights

• Design rights

• Privacy rights

• Publicity rights

• Contractual or licensing restrictions

• Other applicable third-party rights

Jilan Apps does not grant you ownership of third-party content merely because that content has been modified using 3D Modeling.

11. Purchases and Subscriptions

3D Modeling may offer premium functionality through subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Premium functionality may include additional modeling tools, assets, templates, rendering functionality, AI features, export options, or other premium content.

Prices, billing periods, available plans, and included functionality will be displayed through the applicable purchase interface before you complete a transaction.

Where auto-renewable subscriptions are offered:

• Payment is processed through the applicable app marketplace.

• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled according to the applicable store's rules.

• The applicable price and subscription duration are displayed before purchase.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your applicable app store account.

• Deleting or uninstalling 3D Modeling does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

• Following cancellation, premium access may generally remain available until the end of the applicable paid subscription period, subject to the relevant app store's rules.

• Refund eligibility is generally determined according to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

If a free trial or promotional offer is available, applicable eligibility, duration, and post-trial pricing will be displayed through the relevant purchase interface.

12. Third-Party Services

3D Modeling may rely on third-party technologies and services.

These may include, where applicable:

• Google Play Services

• Google AdMob

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Firebase Crashlytics

• Firebase Remote Config

• Apple App Store services

• AI or machine-learning providers

• Cloud infrastructure providers

• Rendering or processing providers

• Other technical service providers

Third-party services operate according to their respective terms, policies, technical limitations, and availability.

Jilan Apps does not control all aspects of third-party services and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability.

13. Advertising

3D Modeling may display advertisements where applicable.

Advertisements may be delivered by third-party advertising providers.

Jilan Apps is not responsible for products, services, websites, claims, or content offered by third-party advertisers.

14. Internet and Data Usage

Some 3D Modeling functionality may require an active internet connection.

You acknowledge that:

• Certain AI features may require internet connectivity.

• Models or assets may need to be transmitted for server-side processing where applicable.

• Some functionality may not work offline.

• Uploading and downloading 3D models or assets may consume data.

• Internet or mobile data charges may apply.

• Network interruptions may delay or prevent processing.

Jilan Apps is not responsible for charges imposed by your internet or mobile service provider.

15. Saving and Exporting Content

3D Modeling may allow you to save, download, export, or share models, renders, project files, images, or other content.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing content before exporting it.

• Selecting appropriate file formats and export settings.

• Maintaining backups of important projects.

• Ensuring you have appropriate rights to publish, distribute, sell, manufacture, or otherwise use exported content.

• Checking compatibility with third-party software, hardware, printers, or platforms.

When you share content through third-party platforms or services, your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

16. Local Projects and Backups

Certain 3D models, projects, settings, assets, or other information may be stored locally on your device.

Deleting the App, clearing App data, deleting projects, resetting your device, changing devices, storage corruption, or device failure may result in loss of locally stored information.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important projects and content.

Jilan Apps does not guarantee recovery of locally stored information after deletion or data loss.

17. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Using 3D Modeling in accordance with applicable laws.

• Ensuring you have permission to use imported models and assets.

• Respecting intellectual property and other rights.

• Reviewing generated or modified content before publishing or using it.

• Protecting your device and projects.

• Maintaining backups of important content.

• Complying with rules of platforms where content is published or distributed.

• Avoiding fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful use of the App.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use 3D Modeling to intentionally create or distribute content for unlawful purposes, including:

• Fraud or deception

• Intellectual property infringement

• Unauthorized copying or distribution

• Privacy violations

• Harassment or threats

• Exploitation

• Illegal activities

• Circumvention of security systems

We may restrict access to functionality where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or comply with applicable law.

19. Updates and Modifications

We may release:

• New modeling tools

• New templates and assets

• AI improvements

• Rendering improvements

• Import and export improvements

• Security updates

• Bug fixes

• Performance improvements

• Compatibility updates

• Other functionality

Certain functionality may require the latest version of 3D Modeling.

We may modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue features where permitted by applicable law.

20. Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to 3D Modeling but do not guarantee that the App, AI services, rendering services, or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Availability may be affected by:

• Maintenance

• Internet connectivity

• Server outages

• Third-party providers

• AI service availability

• Device capabilities

• Model complexity

• Operating system changes

• Technical problems

• Events outside our reasonable control

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3D Modeling is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• Every model or design will meet your expectations.

• AI or automated results will always be accurate.

• Every render will be error-free.

• Every feature will work identically across all devices.

• Exported files will be compatible with every third-party service or application.

• Models will automatically be suitable for 3D printing, manufacturing, engineering, architecture, or other professional uses.

• Third-party services will always remain available.

• Use of 3D Modeling will produce any particular personal, professional, financial, or commercial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jilan Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Use of or inability to use 3D Modeling.

• Unexpected or inaccurate modeling or AI results.

• Loss or corruption of models, assets, or projects.

• Compatibility issues with exported files.

• User misuse of generated or edited content.

• Claims arising from content supplied or published by users.

• Third-party services.

• Service interruptions.

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

23. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to 3D Modeling or particular services where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Violation of these Terms

• Fraud or abuse

• Security risks

• Illegal activity

• Intellectual property violations

• Attempts to bypass subscriptions or technical restrictions

• Misuse of AI or modeling functionality

Upon termination, your right to use affected services may cease.

24. Privacy

Your use of 3D Modeling is also subject to the 3D Modeling Privacy Policy, which explains how information and data may be collected, processed, shared, retained, and protected.

Please review the Privacy Policy before using the App.

25. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in 3D Modeling, AI or rendering technologies, available functionality, service providers, applicable laws, or our business practices.

When appropriate, revised Terms will be made available through the App or relevant policy page.

Your continued use of 3D Modeling after revised Terms become applicable constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted according to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Jilan Apps operates, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country or region.
